Athlete's Diet

Michael Phelps

The Athlete I chose to make analyse his/her diet is “Michael Phelps”. First, he is a famous swimmer who got 18 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 2 bronze medals. To be a famous swimmer to do such a sport regularly, it requires a special diet and now, I will present his regular diet plan each day. He takes such amount of food because he wastes a lot of his energy in swimming, so in order not to get tired in between it is better for him to have this special diet. The most nutrient he takes is carbohydrates and this is for him to gain more energy. I would prefer changing some of the amounts of food he takes in breakfast and shift it to lunch, because lunch is in the middle of the day so it gives him energy for the rest of the day. What is good in his diet is that it has the perfect balance for each nutrient in each meal, what is bad about his diet is that his protein quantity is less and his carbohydrates isn’t balanced.
