First, the nutrients are split into two important contents, Macronutrients and Micronutrients. Macronutrients are basically the energy nutrients, because they include carbohydrates, proteins, water and fats, however, Micronutrients are like the healthy nutrients because they include vitamins and minerals. Macronutrients require big amounts of it to gain more energy. Micronutrients are mostly to gain more health.
The carbohydrates give the body energy for anything done, because carbohydrates can’t be actually stored in the body or it is limited for that to be done, as a result, for the body it is preferable to use it for energy. They can be found in bread, pasta, potatoes and nuts.
Fats provide more than half of the energy it needs, they get involved in the process of making hormones. They can be found in oil, butter, animal fat (the white part) and (cooking) cream
Used to regulate digestion, heart health, skin health and sugar control. Fiber can be found in broccoli, cabbage, berries, beans and mushrooms.
Proteins are mostly used to help in the growth of the body and its bones but it also gives the body energy. Protein can be found in eggs, meat, chicken and fish.
They are not taken in big amounts but they are taken in smaller amounts to maintain good health. Can be mainly found in fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, bananas, carrots, sweet cooked potatoes.
The body needs water because about 70% is water so it gives the person energy and it also refreshes the person.
